The pleasant surprise is that it was the smoothest and easiest auto transaction we have ever experienced. From when we first walked in to the dealership to leaving in our new vehicle, we were greeted with acknowledgements and smiles from every employee that came within passing distance. There was no hassle 'back and forth' among various managers; only Chris providing the facts and figures regarding our purchase. We didn't have to walk the lot as Chris brought the vehicle we were interested in right up front and provided a very informative test drive. Even the meeting with Terry in Finance was a pleasant experience. All in all, we gave a sigh of relief as we left the dealership and we actually felt good about this auto purchasing experience. He went out of his way to provide us with the vehicle we wanted to see and test drive, and he was quick to point out all the excellent features of that car. After the test drive, we decided we needed a bigger vehicle and ended up buying a 2019 RAV4 in the exact color we wanted for an excellent price. Danny again pointed out all the great features of the car, and spent time with us setting up the Entune, pairing our phones, etc. Throughout the sales process, Danny did not pressure us, patiently answered all our questions, and gave us time to make our decision.
