We we're really about to settle with going with a third party sale and getting a used car that way. Service Advisor Dan Adams took in my limping older Toyota pickup that had abrupt Would I Recommend Bell Road Toyota Service? Yes! Excellent service. Service Advisor Dan Adams took in my limping older Toyota pickup that had abruptly developed an unnervingly loud rattle and rough ride. He noted the symptoms I described, got my pickup on the service schedule, and promptly had an excellent Lyft driver called to take me back home while the team analyzed and repaired my steed. He consulted with the service techs and kept me apprised of progress, also letting me know when a bit of additional work was called for that would also increase the overall cost. Then he called to ask if he could keep it a day longer than planned, just to be sure all its issues had been healed. In a mere few days he called to return a shiny, peppy, smooth-running steed to me. Once repairs were complete, and I was ready to return the car I had rented for shopping and to pick up a student from school, Dan even took the time to phone the car rental place and to ask them to send one of their people to come retrieve the rental car, so I could leave it there and again pick up my student from school – this time in my ready-to-GO!
