Horrible Experience We stopped in to look and were talked in to a test drive. Loved the Tacoma. Decided to see what the salesman would discount. He offered a $2500 Dealer We stopped in to look and were talked in to a test drive. Loved the Tacoma. Decided to see what the salesman would discount. He offered a $2500 Dealer incentive, plus a $1000 Toyota incentive, "on back of dealer invoice". Sounded good. We still were not ready to buy. We got the "What will it take to get you into this truck today" line. My husband said another $2000 off. They came back with $1300 off but we will not include the alarm system that is already in the truck. It comes out he says. We negotiated further and got the $1300 off with the alarm left as it is. Again sounded good. Now for the bad part. FINANCE. I told them we were paying cash. They told me they were still going to run a credit check??? They need to make sure we are not laundering money. WOW, Red Flag right there. After a good long wait we end up in Finance. Our Finance guy was a talker, good conversation, fast paper signing. Sign here, sign here and so on. My fault I didn't pull out a calculator and check the math. Who needs to do that right? Wrong!!!. I head off to the bank to get a cashiers check. Spend my money and we head home with a new truck. Something is nagging at me so its now after hours and I redo the math. Something does not add up. They added back in and charged me for that alarm system. I paid $1640 more than the negotiated price. A call to the dealer in the morning and he says I am adding it wrong. Its basic math how can it be added wrong? I get transferred to the finance guy. He says their math is correct. I am doing something wrong. Next I get transferred to a manager. Same thing he wants to know why I want to re negotiate my contract. I said I was overcharged and I am pretty upset. At one point they offer me $500 back. Not good enough. They owe me $1640. I read the contract and there is no cooling off period. So as I am trying to come to terms with being screwed I happen to call the manager and his dealership shysters. This really lit them up. They told me to bring the truck back and they would refund my money. We jumped at that offer. Brought the truck back after one day. They had already cashed my check. It took quite a few nasty phone calls and after 5 days they handed me a check. I did get 100% of my money back. What a relief, this whole procedure left me any my husband with such a sick feeling and 5 days of upset. I spoke to a friend of a friend who is a finance guy in the car dealer world and he said that they crossed the fine line of whats legal and whats not. Why would they offer to take the car back? Don't get me wrong I am so relieved that we got to return it. I will stay far away from Bell Road Toyota. More

In a pickle with my credit! I was in desperate need of a vehicle and we all know credit scores will make or break you. I found the car I actually loved in my price bracket and m I was in desperate need of a vehicle and we all know credit scores will make or break you. I found the car I actually loved in my price bracket and messaged the dealership and Chris Reed answered back instantly. We exchanged numbers so he could keep me updated with what we could do to get me into this car. It can be a deflating feeling when someone finds out your credit score, but not one time did Chris do that. And for that my daughter and I drove 96 miles. When we arrived we were welcomed and quickly found Chris and off we went on the test drive. 3 hours later we were hugging Chris goodbye and with a FULL tank of gas we were headed home. Thank you Chris Reed and everyone that assisted us in our transaction! If you are in need of a vehicle look these guys up for sure!! More

I was very apprehensive coming into a major dealership to buy my first dealership car. Found my new/used car through CARFAX and as soon as I sent my inquiry, Chris called me that same night to check it out and I went. As nervous as I was, he was very negotiable and continued to fight for what I thought was over in buying my Highlander. He’s changed my view on salesman’s because I got the car I want, at a price I can afford comfortably, and even though I almost gave up, he continued to make sure this car came home with me.
