That insurance company, in typical insurance company fashion, was refusing to cover the damaged rim. Fortunately, Scott Hugget, the Service Director at the dealership, in a very professional and caring fashion, analized the problem and was able to locate a rim that we could switch for my vehicle. He went above and beyond with his service. He even installed and balanced my new rims to make up for the bad insurance rejection! Scott Huggett is truly a customer service hero. More
