I RICH SILVA DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER. I PURCHAED A 2011 TOYOTA TACOMA, AFTER A FEW YEARS I PAID IT OFF COMPLETELY. I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE TO TERRY WILD. I ASKED MR WILD WHA PURCHAED A 2011 TOYOTA TACOMA, AFTER A FEW YEARS I PAID IT OFF COMPLETELY. I WENT INTO THE DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE TO TERRY WILD. I ASKED MR WILD WHAT ALL I NEEDED AS FAR AS GAP INSURANCE REFUND. MR WILD STATED THAT I NEEDED A PAYOFF LETTER AND THE MILEAGE. THIS WAS IN SEPTEMBER OF 2019. WEEKS WENT BY AND NO CHECK OR CALLS. I RECENT THE PAPERWORK AND STILL NO CHECK. CALLED THE GM AND HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND PROTECTED MR WILD. SEVERAL CALLS LATER BY ME LOOKING FOR THE CHECK THE GM DIDNT WANT TO SPEAK JUST SAID ILL CALL YOU. TO THIS DATE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY GAP INSURANCE CHECK. I FEEL THIS IS A THEFT OF SERVICE.. Terry Martin was fantastic! He makes you feel very comfortable and makes buying a car stress free. Before we even looked at cars, he sat us down and got to know us and then offered his suggestions of comfortable and makes buying a car stress free. We went to over 10 other dealerships and Terry is the reason we bought our car at Bell Toyota. He is friendly, understanding, and just overall a great guy! My husband and I are 23 years old and Terry did not try to take advantage of our age or treat us differently like all other salesmen did. Dishonest dealership that doesn't honor advertised prices I tried exceptionally hard to buy a car from this dealership. The first contact never called me back. When I called again, I worked with someone I tried exceptionally hard to buy a car from this dealership. The first contact never called me back. When I called again, I worked with someone else. We worked all day on the price through the different "managers." They never budged on advertised website price (which was fair and I would have paid), but then they added $1,400 in undescribed "accessories" when the final paperwork was generated. When I asked for an explanation I was given the story that all "certified" used vehicles had this extra charge and was told that this was the price "No if's and's or but's." If a dealership advertises a price, and a customer agrees on that price, they should be willing to sell the vehicle for that price. As a business owner I would never treat my customers this way. I couldn't rate my experience with Bell Road Toyota any lower. More

Best customer service, no pressure, beat price Bell Road Toyota is the place to go to buy your vehicles! The sale people are great although I started with one person but had to come back later (pr Bell Road Toyota is the place to go to buy your vehicles! The sale people are great although I started with one person but had to come back later (prior engagement) and got a different sales agent Geiner. The sales managers Felix or Jason were both great and said if I was thinking of buying today they would work within my budget to get the car I wanted. During the process Chris the sales manger found away to get more for my trade in. Lastly the finance manager Musa was very nice and helpful during the no joke mountain of paperwork that needs to be filled out for my new RAV4 and the bottom line price stated was the price that I paid! Highly recommend this dealership no pressure More

Enjoy getting the runaround Bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla 2 weeks ago. The car is fine, but there is no tint on the windows. When I bought the car, it was under the agreement they Bought a 2018 Toyota Corolla 2 weeks ago. The car is fine, but there is no tint on the windows. When I bought the car, it was under the agreement they would put tint on the windows and fix a minor issue with the bumper. I was told by the sales associate Issac Muhammad the service department would call me in a couple of days to set up an appointment. Three days go by, I don't get a call. I call the person that sold me the car and he tells me they would call back right away. I call back the next day and talk to another associate, Ryan Madison. He says the same thing, "We'll call you back in a couple of days." Now it's been 2 weeks and I can't get a hold of anyone. If you're going to buy a car from here, make sure you don't need to get it serviced there because it's apparently impossible to get an appointment with them. More
