Truck looked great, except the window switches on 3 of the 4 doors were coming out of the door panels and the tires were bad. They would not do anything about the tires. But Eduardo told us that they were aware of this issue and that parts had been ordered. Several times we were told that replacement parts had been ordered. Once we met with Musa in financing, we were given a Due Bill stating that there is an acknowledgment of work need on the ‘power window bezel’. We questioned this, asking if this meant all three switches to be replaced. He said yes, that meant they will replace them. Days later we got the call for the mobile technician to come out and install new parts. Mobile technician got here and said that he was sent to glue the original switches into the doors. We told him that new parts should have been ordered to be installed and he agreed that new switches were needed and he told us to contact service at Bell Toyota. We contacted service and sales, spoke with Mike Riley and Mike Ross. Both of them told us that they do not replace parts like this, that it would need to be glued in. We mentioned that we were told by Eduardo and Musa that the replacement parts had been ordered. They both told us that they don’t know why we were told that, that is not what they do as it is a used truck. Mike Riley stated that they would not spend over $250 in repairs on a used truck. At one point Mike Riley even said that if we were not happy with the used truck with , then we could come trade in for a new truck. After researching the parts ourselves, the switches are $25 new from Dodge, we will be installing ourselves or taking our business elsewhere. They have horrible customer service. Mike Riley was rude on the phone neither Mike Riley nor Mike Ross would not even consider keeping the word of the sales man, that the parts had been order to be replaced. We were lied to or told incorrect information several times. They have no care for their used car sales. Apparently sales will tell you anything to get you to buy a vehicle. We will never go to Bell Toyota again and I will be sure to tell everyone I can of our bad experience. More

Bait and switch While looking online for a Tundra Crewmax, I found such a vehicle on Car Gurus on 4/16/20. It was a 2020 Tundra Crewmax listed for $42,796. The next d While looking online for a Tundra Crewmax, I found such a vehicle on Car Gurus on 4/16/20. It was a 2020 Tundra Crewmax listed for $42,796. The next day I met the salesman and did a test drive. I was interested and asked for the starting price. The salesman came back to tell me the vehicle was listing for over $56,000. I showed him the print off I made the night before, I showed the salesman the print out pointing out his offer was more than $10,000 over the price listed on Car Guru. He brought out his manager, who didn't introduce himself, and said it was a mistake, he minimized it and said it was a typo, he said it wasn't a bait and switch, although sure felt like it. Especially when he said they have another Tundra on the lot that was less expensive. I tried that out, told them I wouldn't go over a certain amount. After waiting on them for a while the price they came back with was way over what I said my max was. I found the process disrespectful, suspicious and untrustworthy. Take a look at the definition of bait and switch, it sounds a lot like what happened to me. They ,made no attempt to make it right, they just wanted me off the lot. More
