Save yourself! If I can help at least one person from this place I did my job. First off I got a used 2017 car The sales guy was a typical sales guy very nice wants to take care of you tells you how they this place I did my job. First off I got a used 2017 car The sales guy was a typical sales guy very nice wants to take care of you tells you how they are all about customer service it’s a great dealership and everything and I believe them until one week after I got the car the tire light comes on and I take it to discount tire to get checked and they told me that my two front tires were in very bad shape and they wouldn’t recommend me driving off the lot and they didn’t try to sell me tires they recommended I go back to the dealership since they saw that I had a brand new tag in the back. I said OK I called them and they told me that the manager was at an auction and that they would call me back didn’t hear anything for a week my tire light comes on again I have to go fill up the tires with more air at a different tire shop they tell me the exact same thing that the tires are no good so I called the dealership again nobody calls me back. Finally get fed up and I go down there after only having the car for not even three weeks they do not even want to replace two tires that are severely sun damaged and look rotten I should’ve known something when they brought the car out to me and the tire was almost flat and they claimed is because the heat in Arizona expands the tires and then when it gets cold it shrinks the rubber and sometimes the air goes out OK whatever they fill the tire up and I drove off the lot and ever since then it’s been nothing but problems please save yourself they did not want to fix my tires or replace them they stated it was not in my deal to have the tires fixed but I had to pay over $1000 for an inspection fee that they do on the car to make sure that everything is correct but somehow they missed The tires not being good So please if you can I would definitely ask them what they inspected on your vehicle AND GET IT IN WRITING to make sure that it was OK to sell and drive off the lot because my tires were unsafe to drive and now I either have to buy two new tires myself or just try to get rid of this car but it’s not some thing that I want to deal with after only three weeks !!!I’m not an expert in cars so I really put my trust into all of these things that they say they do behind the scenes I don’t know what to look for which is why I go to tire shop’s auto shops dealerships for anything related to cars. For a measly $200 that they could have just comped they would rather have a bad review and I will never do business with them again not to mention we bought two cars from them one used and one brand new and I wish that somebody would have put a real review on here of how these people operate and it would’ve swayed me very differently to go spend my time and money elsewhere so please if you can do not go to this dealership they will rob you of your money and do nothing to fix any problems even though they say that they will. so please if you can DO NOT go to this dealership!!!! they will rob you of your money and do nothing to fix any problems even though they say that they will Because if you don’t have it in writing they don’t care!!! they don’t care what promises they have to lie and tell you to get you to buy a car so now I have to go spend money on new tires that I was hoping just to use for my car payment so thanks a lot bell road Toyota you are the typical car salesman scammer xxxx.
