I started to work with Reece Trujillo after I reached out inquiring about a Tacoma. From the beginning, his friendliness and calm demeanor made me feel like he would help me without making me feel pressured, inquiring about a Tacoma. Once we met, I knew I had the right person for my needs. He was patient with me, and made sure I knew all my options before I committed to anything. He was efficient and knowledgeable as well. I felt like we could be friends. Cliff Washington was another pleasure to work with during the paper signing process which always seems to be the most painful part of buying a vehicle. He never tried to talk me into anything I didn’t need. I signed for my purchase for the price that had been agreed upon to begin with. The dealership is spotless, the temperature was right, and there is plenty or room. I felt very comfortable during the entire process. My only suggestion is to have people knock before just walking into Cliff’s office. It happened three times, and I couldn’t think of anything more rude or inappropriate to happen while I was finishing the deal. The man in the office next door was so loud, it was like he was shouting. That was also distracting. I was so glad I had Cliff. Special thanks to Reece and Cliff for going above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend working with the two of them to my best friend. Thank you. I look forward to seeing you next time. Internet Sales Person cheated us. Provided a price with details (I have copy) but in the final sales document increased the price without letting me know. Signed the final doc in good faith not realizing t details (I have copy) but in the final sales document increased the price without letting me know. I tried to purchase a car from this dealer as the "Costco Authorized" location. Initially when contacted, the dealership texted excellent info such as invoice, Costco discount, incentives and inventory. When Authorized" location. When I asked several more questions and attempted to test drive, both Mike Verville and Reece Trujillo when totally silent. Calls to the GM went no where, as he was always in a meeting or with customers. My sense is they did not want to make a Costco sale, or they had made their "number"for the month and weren't interested in this transaction. I will purchase a new vehicle, but not from this dealership. They have been reported to the Costco Auto Program Administration. Bad News. More

If you're smart you'll stay far away from this dealership. I worked with Larry Ajayi, Terrence Wild (Finance) and another manager (cant remember his name but looked to be about 50, white guy and dealership. Full disclosure - I was a fool to buy a vehicle from them as all the warning signs were there and I did not pay heed. First - for my trade I was told that I would get $7k then they said they had to subtract $500 for "inspection and security". My first sign that I should've walked. Second - when purchasing a vehicle one would think that as a customer the sales representative would afford that customer the opportunity to look at the vehicle closely. Not so with Larry Ajayi. When I attempted to do this all he kept saying was "this is a new vehicle there is nothing to look at." My second sign that I should've walked Third - When I asked Terrence Wild from finance for a paper copy of the contract he told me that is was a new system and he couldn't print the contract for me to look at. My third sign that I should've walked. Do I deserve an A+ for stupidity? Yup. But if my stupidity benefits at least 1 of you - then good. More
On 11/28/2020, we purchased our leased vehicle. We decided to use Toyota financial for our loan needs. I am highly disappointed with the games and the cowardly tactics that were used during the buying decided to use Toyota financial for our loan needs. I am highly disappointed with the games and the cowardly tactics that were used during the buying process. We walked out with a loan from Toyota financial after two hours. I find that my credit was run twice and a third time when the loan was sold to a different company. I was better off getting finance with my credit union and saving $2,500 in dealer finance fees. Back story, we've leased many Toyota's and brought family and friends to this dealership. After five Toyota's, we will never come back, and I will actively speak out about this dealer's shortcomings. In two years, I will go to Avondale Toyota to leases a new vehicle. More
Tim was great. He made this one of the most pleasurable car buying experiences I've ever had and that is saying a lot, as most are very stressful and make you feel like questioning your decision. His communication was outstanding and he always addressed my questions and concerns, even early on in the research process. He was really a breath of fresh air as my personal experience with sales staff at other Toyota dealerships has been very poor as most are rude, arrogant, and act like they are doing you a favor to look at a Toyota. I would highly recommend reaching out to Tim for you next vehicle purchase. More
