Don't buy a used car from them, my car was defective since I drove it off the lot, then they said "no problems" after their "service people" drove it. Those "save the environment people" (at least 10 legitimate groups in phx that I've found so far) would love hearing about a place that sells cars that could be polluting the air, it's very possible that the car may not pass emissions Either they need to hire qualified "service people" or just stop lying to people right to their faces. Once you leave the lot with a car you're dead to them and they think you're stupid. I took a chance with buying from a "lower class" dealer and now I am paying for it. It should be on Call *2 For Action (or any of them) because people need to know it. New: I'm surprised how many people are asking me about the problem, I'm guessing it's the prices of cars so they are checking dealers closely all the way to Tempe and Chandler. People are getting smarter now and that's a good thing, I'll keep updating as the car dies, I should've picked up on the salesman wanting to sit up front with me on a test drive to feel the AC and tell me "we just put in some new refrigerant" (basically that means it leaks). Right now it's almost too hot to drive it so I'm seeing city busses in my future and I'm still keeping the signs on the sides of the car, they say "THE MITSUBISHI DEALER ON BELL ROAD / 20th STREET" so I don't have to use their actual name but people know who it is when they say "I know who you are talking about". I do get a lot of "thanks for letting me know" from people so I know I'm doing the right thing. The only HONEST SALESMAN who has only been there for 4 months is no longer working for them now. It could've been one of many reason why but think about it for a minute. Don't let the pictures of people standing by their new vehicle smiling and waving fool you, they haven't driven it off the lot yet. More
