Our Service Consultant is Mike Fisher whom we trust and respect. We take his advice and follow his recommendations. We have a GX470 with 175,000 miles and it runs great. So, when I decided to give my wife a special Valentines gift of a new car, I went only to our Bell Lexus Dealer. I was greeted by a young salesman, Nick Amar, who from the first handshake was outstanding. He is professional, friendly but not gushy, and a genuinely nice person. I liked him immediately. But beyond the personality is a depth of product knowledge that was tremendously helpful especially with the technology on the new Lexus. We narrowed the cars to two: one a sports car RC-F and the other a sedan LS 500. I took my wife to select her new car ane Nick took her on tests drives. She chose the LS 500 but it was a tough decision. Nick even rode with her to our home to insure it would fit in our garage. We bought the LS 500 ane the very nice lady helped us complete the paper work . I don't remember her name but she was outstanding too.we then spent a morning with the Tech Support lady who took my wife through all the incredible technology. She is available for us to follow up with our questions. My wife loves her new LS 500 and the people at the Bell Lexus Dealership. They even have a Cafe for coffee and breakfast and lunch. The two women at the Cafe are friendly and so accommodating. We went to Bell Lexus because of staff that exceed our expectations. Mike and Nick are not only trusted staff but we consider them friends. More
