We saw a Toyota Tundra at the Bell Lexus website and it had everything we wanted. Unfortunately, the sales department needs some training (Alfonso & Dave)- the only reason the dealership is getting 5 star had everything we wanted. We purchased the truck (in cash) with the promises the sales reps gave us. Alfonso sent us a photo with big red bow on the truck and said the truck was ready for pick up. We drove down from Payson and when we arrived he was mistaken and it wasn't ready. This was our 2nd time coming back to pick it up. Shouldn't he confirm, before sending out the big ribbon image? It felt shady and we were not taken care of. Was it bc we didn't buy an $80,000 truck? That shouldn't matter - We had already paid cash for it and it was still missing parts. Ryan the service manager took over and made things right. He needs to be promoted since was the only one that cared and was professional. We left mulitple messages for the sales manager, owner, finance, service department and Ryan made things right. Shouldn't the sales manager call and apologize for the mistakes of their sales reps? I would highly recommend buying car and checking with Ryan to make sure the sales rep don't try and sell you something not ready. Ryan communicated well and was dialed. His service department is run like a tight ship and he should be in charge of the dealership. Great customer service! More

I know why you hired Adam great personality nice guy and would be a car from him any day of the week because he left the sales floor on his own time possibly missing a sales opportunity because he felt it was the right thing to do which is why Lexus will always rise to the top of any brand it’s about the attitude and environment of the dealerships and the staff! I have been going to this Dealership for Service for a number of Years. This weekend I bought a car with the great help of David Jensen as there were two cars available I was interested in. We asked to see 3 cars and David was right away getting them for us to see and to test drive. David Jensen is beyond professional and kind and responsive and only said "we want you to be happy." With a family of 5 also, he kindly said "the size of the vehicle matters for most comfort" and we did select the larger vehicle. He also followed up with us the next day to remind us on what we still needed to provide and greated me with a smile and kindness when I dropped the items in the next day. Joon Shin, the finance manager, was receptive and did everything that he could to make us happy with the financing! The sales manager introduced himself with grace and friendliness My service gentleman, Jace, was thorough and very respectful as I began to get involved with David Jensen. I love the video that is sent to you with commentary from the service technician. Jace was considerate and just texted me that my Lexus was ready....
