We requested Richard because he had spoken to us multiple times while we walked around the lot while dropping off our vehicle for service. He took the time to help us even when we weren't buying right then. Our next point may not be as important to you as it is to us, but from the moment we spoke to Richard, to driving our new Lexus off the lot was only around three hours (and as you know, buying a car can be an all-day experience). Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I recently paid more than fair market value for a used vehicle because I was told by the salesman that the vehicle was one of the best that they have s recently paid more than fair market value for a used vehicle because I was told by the salesman that the vehicle was one of the best that they have seen. I even paid to have the vehicle shipped out of state. The vehicle was delivered at 10:30pm and the next morning we noticed a large oil leak in our driveway. We brought the vehicle right away to a reputable local Mercedes-Benz dealer, one that we have used in the past and trust. The dealer founds two very expensive required repairs to the vehicle totally around $7,500.00. We informed the Bell Lexus of these known issues with the vehicle including damage to the subframe (no Carfax reported accidents) and they refuse to do anything to assist with these huge repair expenses. Do yourself a favor and don't buy a vehicle from them. They do not stand by their vehicles and I highly doubt, given the issues we noticed the first day owning the vehicle, that they even had a mechanic examine this vehicle. Big thumbs down for this dealership. I would give zeros stars if I had the option. More
