I am a physician and I just turned in a leased vehicle to Belle North Scottsdale Lexus. No one in sales was wearing a mask at all. I asked to speak to the manager and he put on a ridiculous plastic shield that didn’t even cover his face. He told me he would wear a mask if I wished. I reminded him that we are in the middle of a severe pandemic. He seem to be humored and he smirked. If you are at all at risk for COVID-19 or an older client, do not go to Belleview Lexus. They obviously don’t care about your health. I also reminded them six months ago to wear a mask and their attitude was the same; if anything they are worse now. More

After asking them to put on a mask more than 3 times before dealing with me, their manager put on some silly plastic half shield and called it a mask - believe me, it would not stop a virus that is spread through aerosol transmission! The employees at this dealership need to be educated and then supported to do the right thing and mask up to protect themselves and their customers. I walked out and will NEVER do business with Bell Lexus again. More
