I love this Lexus dealer and my service rep. I probably would never buy any other car but a Lexus because of the way I'm treated in service. They make you feel special. My service advisor Tom, at this location has taken care of my vehicle for years. I trust him and he looks out for me while my husband serves are country in Japan. We know Lexus dealerships to be clean but this one blew away all the others. I plan to do more business here and hope they keep it the same. Jim Gillentine was our sales rep/Salesman/Salesperson/Sales Dept./Sales ,consultant. BUYER BEWARE. I found a pre-owned car online 2012 with only 5,500 miles. The salesman and I worked to bring the price down to a smokin' good deal. I was very satisified at that point. I arranged to drive the 2 hours to the location to purchase my vehicle; running a little later than expected, I called them 30 minutes out to assure them I was on my way and I specifically asked about the condition of the car all the time they were saying "If it was not pre-owned, we would put it in the show room". Upon arriving, Neil tells me, "We have something to show you..it JUST happened". He brings me around to the bumper of the car where there was obviously OLD damage/rip to the bumper near the light on the rear right of the car. To appease me, they were willing to fix the bumper telling me that it would NOT show up on Carfax....when in fact any time a panel is replaced on a car, it DOES appear on Carfax; they also offered a lower price for the vehicle. Their characters were shady and aggresive. I had a backup plan vehicle essentially the same car but a few more miles on it at Chandler Lexus; I calledChandler Lexus up and asked them to please get the car ready, and I bailed on the Bell Lexus deal and went to Chandler where the customer service and entire car purchasing experience was exceptional. The car was prisitne as they had reported and in perfect condition AND for a smokin' deal. My advice: you might get lucky at a shady dealership, but be careful about getting screwed with a lemon. Go to Chandler Lexus. Just google each of the dealerships for yourself...you'll see quite a difference in reviews. And Bell Lexus is not a member of BBB. Lucky for me, I didn't take the bait. GO TO CHANDLER LEXUS...you won't regret it. More
Went to purchase 2009 CTS-V, car was dirty and this was at night. Seen the car they stated they would was and prep the car before delivery. I got the car Mr. Neal stated they left the door open when washin at night. Seen the car they stated they would was and prep the car before delivery. I got the car Mr. Neal stated they left the door open when washing and the electrical shorted out. They gave me a WeOwe for the shortage, mats, body work, wheels being scratched and scuffed. Brought the car back the next day. After several days went to pick up the car they did not fix anything and advised I have to take the car. I refused Mr, Norman Neal stated he couldn't fix the car and I had to take it the way it was. I asked for my car back a 2007 Charger Xrt8. The gave me my car back advising me it was way to much work for them to do and for a $41000.00 car was not worth the time. I did take my car but now they still have not canceled the loan on the one I gave back. At this point I am speaking to an attorney for further assistance. Do Not Buy A Car Here BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE BEWARE WHAT THEY SAY IS ALL LIES. ME NEAL STATED HE WORKED THERE FOR YEARS AND COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A COUPLE MONTHS. More
I have been dealing with Bell Lexus for several years now. I had no complaints when our cars ware under warranty. But since the warranty expired, and the charges for the service/repair visits began, I now. I had no complaints when our cars ware under warranty. But since the warranty expired, and the charges for the service/repair visits began, I have had nothing but problems with this Dealer. First, the car went in for service and a few hours after I drove the car home, smoke began pouring out from the hood. The cause was a fire in the engine, started from a rag left in the engine by one of the service workers. Adding injury to insult, the dealer denied any responsibility, until...... one of their employees identified the rag as one used by the dealership. The staff at the dealership was less than apologetic, and they offered a free car wash with detailing as a consolation offering. The second episode came about a year later when I selected sheepskin covers to protect the front seats. Since it took two days to install the sheepskin, they delivered the car to my home. I was stunned when the car arrived and I opened the door to view the covers. Wrinkled, crooked, and looking for all practical purpose like the work of a prankster/child! I could not believe that the dealer actually believed that one of their customers would ever accept such a shoddy job. The dealer rep begrudgingly took the covers back, after a much-heated discussion. Now, I have had a number of sheepskin car seat covers installed over the years and they have always looked very classy, almost like upholstery; not a bulge or a loose edge anywhere. Obviously none were purchased from Bell Lexus. The final blow came a few weeks ago when Bell informed me I would need new brake pads and a new steering fluid hose. The cost quotes seemed way out of line, so I began checking around. I have just had the work completed at a reputable repair shop for 25% of the cost quoted by Bell. The savings was considerable -$600- compared to what Bell would have charged and I was very pleased with the service I received. I am very disappointed in Bell Lexus and could not recommend their services to anyone. More
I went to this dealership because it was closer to my new house. When I got there I met with my advisor and he was not really interested in my concerns but in just writing the repair order. Felt that I had to express my concerns more then once do to him doing other things other then listen to me. The prices were higher then other Lexus dealerships in the area. He stated that management says they don't have to match prices on same service. I thanked him for his time and went to another Lexus dealership and got the service done. This dealership is the reason why dealerships have a bad reputation and take there cars to independent shops. More
