The new dealership on Scottsdale Road is clean and has a comfortable, well stocked with snacks, lounge where I didn't mind waiting from time to time. More

Great Salesman but oops tires were wrong. We drove from Southern California to Scottsdale to buy a 2008 SRX Cadillac that Bell Lexus was advertising. The dealership was beautiful. Ben Van Mol, our salesman, was organized, polite and honest. We appreciated his tremendous effort to get us on our test drive and purchase the vehicle quickly. We drove the car home that day. When we got home our son who works for American Tires noticed that the front tires should be on the back and the back tires on the front. We took it the next day to get the switch done. Then we found out why the dealers service dept had switched the tires. The SRX rims had a inside weight on rim that rubbed on brakes. The service dept at Bell Lexus should have know better. Luckily, we made it home safe and American Tires could fix the problem with little cost. We love the car. More

Yes, they cost more than other auto service dealers, but well worth it every time! And, I know from experience that just because two dealers sell the same car, they are not necessarily equal in quality of service. Another hint: Once you find a service rep you like, always ask for that same rep. Mine is Braxton. They will learn what you like about your car, and will keep it running just like you like it. It was solely based on Mr. Weidner taking time to listen, explore my dilemma and execute a plan. I was completely honest and all I asked in return was the same – and he did just that!
