World Class Customer Service Bryan Stevens is my Service Advisor at Bell Honda. I called and he got me in the same day. I took my vehicle in for oil change, 40,000 mile maintenanc Bryan Stevens is my Service Advisor at Bell Honda. I called and he got me in the same day. I took my vehicle in for oil change, 40,000 mile maintenance service and to check my tires. Bryan greeted me as soon as I pulled. We went over what my concerns were and he was very nice. He told me he would call me in a few hours to let me know what was needed and how much it would be. I told him I needed to pick up my vehicle at 5pm that day. Bryan held to his word and called me. We went through what was needed and what could wait until my next service. I like that he did that so I didn't feel like I slipped in the face with a huge bill. I took care of the priority items, one being the tires. He gave me a great price for really good brand of tires. He told me my vehicle would be ready by 5pm and that he would call to update me as soon as he had my keys on his desk. At 4:30 I received a call telling me my vehicle was washed and ready to go!!!!! I got there at 5pm Bryan meeted on the drive and went over my ticket again just to make sure I understood and was comfortable. Best experience ever!!!! Thank you Bryan!
