I figured he would have tried to rush me due to how busy they where but he did not! They serviced my vehicle promptly and reviewed some things they found that needed attention. Always Efficient I expect to have an extended wait since I almost always book my maintenance on a Saturday (the busiest of all days), with the exception of an emergenc I expect to have an extended wait since I almost always book my maintenance on a Saturday (the busiest of all days), with the exception of an emergency, which has always been handled quickly and professionally. Andrew Crush, my service advisor, always surprises me with a smile when my vehicle is ready earlier than expected. I am, however, always bummed that I did not have 3 hours to work on homework because I only got an hour to work ;) I have had nearly three years of consistent, excellent customer service from Andrew and will continue to bring my vehicle to Bell Honda even though a different dealership is more convenient, I just know I can expect honesty and efficiency from Bell Honda. Codi Avery making my Honda experience great! I've been to other Honda dealerships around the valley, but I choose to come to Bell Honda when my Honda needs service. Getting in for an oil change o I've been to other Honda dealerships around the valley, but I choose to come to Bell Honda when my Honda needs service. Getting in for an oil change or just stopping for a free car wash, you will be in and out to continue the rest of your day with no headache and a happy wallet. I went in for a taillight issue the other day and met with Codi. He worked with the technicians and within 15 minutes my new taillight was installed and ready to go. Highly recommend! More

I wrote another review on a previous service manager that made my experience in car repairs a nightmare. After dealing with Andrew, it was like night and day. He was very pleasant to work with and took a bad situation and made it better. Overall, I felt like he was honest and dependable. He also had the patience to work with me to mend a very bad situation. Though I do still feel like I paid for a repair that wasn't necessary, I felt like Andrew was on my side and at the end did not have to pay for another repair for the same problem. I still have a bad taste in my mouth, but at least now, I am not irate. More

I used to only bring my car in for the occasional oil change, but Codi Avery very professionally walked me through the importance of preventative main I used to only bring my car in for the occasional oil change, but Codi Avery very professionally walked me through the importance of preventative maintenance and the hazards I could face if i continued to neglect my vehicle. He is the only service adviser I have met who has taken his own time to explain to me and multiple other customers in detail what is being done to our vehicles and I have faith in what he tells me. Mr. Avery is hands down incredible, I have not gone to another dealership since I first met him months ago. More
