I was able to obtain a service appointment for a recall issue promptly. My service adviser was informative and I loved that Honda provided a rental at no charge. I have purchased multiple vehicles at this dealership and I have continued to service my most recent vehicle at this dealership. I obviously would not do these things if I did not feel comfortable with them I have continued to service my most recent vehicle at this dealership. I obviously would not do these things if I did not feel comfortable with them and confident in them as there are many other places I could go instead. I just wish that there was not so much turnover with the service advisor staff as it seems each time I get to know one and start building a rapport they are gone. Other than that I keep coming back and think highly of them. More
They don’t look in tot he issues for which you took the vehicle in. Going in to get a spare key made, I received an un programmed key. As well went in due to a flat tire and the emergency tire compressor b vehicle in. Going in to get a spare key made, I received an un programmed key. As well went in due to a flat tire and the emergency tire compressor burnt out with one use and they did not look in to this nor honor its warranty. Both issues I had to return and am still trying to hear back in regards to the compressor. More
