Steve Emery is the best My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and My wife's key fell apart in our driveway and she couldn't get the blade out of the ignition switch. Steve got the shuttle to drive him to our home and he managed to get the blade out and my wife used the spare key to drive to the dealership and get a new key made. Steve washed the car while she waited for the new key. THAT is service above and beyond the call of duty. John Gall More

Safety first I took my vehicle in to have the ignition system programmed and The service professional That helped me named Roy got me in and out quick at a reasona I took my vehicle in to have the ignition system programmed and The service professional That helped me named Roy got me in and out quick at a reasonable price, he even took the time to make sure I was safe and replaced my belt buckles under warranty and washed my car. I highly recommend Bell Honda and Roy. More

Never could get a return call JD was supposed to follow up on a repair/defect issue with my Civic and call me back. Never did. I called main service number and spoke with him directly; he said he'd check and call me back. No return call. Sent an email to customer service on main Bell Honda Service center web page to express my frustration. No reply. If I didn't have an extended warranty, I would get my car serviced elsewhere. More

This was my first experience with your service department since we bought our used 2007 Honda Accord, It was in such pristine condition and I had a f This was my first experience with your service department since we bought our used 2007 Honda Accord, It was in such pristine condition and I had a fabulous experience of buying my first car at age 71. This was always my husband's privilege Patience and understanding was the key. Several months later the maintenance light came on and I was excited and apprehensive about my first encounter with the "SERVICE DEPARTMENT". My first contact was with Roy Freda. He was pleasant, offered a selection of appointment times, and said he was available to answer any questions. I needed to change the appointment time which was "No problem". He met me at the door, explained in detail what would be done and explained if anything else should become evident he would discuss with me prior to proceeding, and offered the amenities of the very customer friendly waiting area. My car was finished in less time that expected. Because the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced prior to my purchase I only needed a "minor" check up and service. This was explained in detail. Roy is my "Hero". He made an apprehensive situation very comfortable. Bell Honda on 7th Street & Bell Road in Phoenix has my Magnanimous Service rating. And to Roy, thank you for making this senior citizen a one stop shopper. More
