Felt pressured to buy Transmission fluid and brake fluid even though neither are recommended before 60,000 miles after doing some research. Also, I came in to patch a hole in my tire and the report said no even though neither are recommended before 60,000 miles after doing some research. Also, I came in to patch a hole in my tire and the report said no nail was found. They still charged me for the “patch”. I saw the nail myself the night before, but it must’ve not punctured the tire (thankfully) and fell out after a bit more driving. The dealer should not have made me wait for over an hour just to charge me $30 for a “patch” and to pressure me into buying fluids that were in unnecessary. More
I did three service over there First time meter was not reset. Second time there was no top up of any fluid. I have used the service center since I started buying Hondas. Micheal has been a good service advisor and I feel safe following his advice. The car has done well in their care.
