Bad customer service, tried overcharging, had to go back to get oil leak fixed the second time and drove an hour away just so that they can fix what they said they did last time. I don't know a lot about cars but was mistreated, laughed at, and embarrassed by employees and supervisor. It was the most horrible experience yet from a mechanics shop.
