If I could give a lower rating I would! Custom service sucks once your actual buy, they don't care about you or your needs. They sold me 2 worthless used cars. Supposed to be checked for issues but the first car needed motor mounts! So instead of offering to fix it, that made me trade it in screwing up my credit and have me a Honda that needs a new battery and all other maintenance issues only having it 2 months after I got it! I hate them and would never recommend. I'm now going to re trade in this other piece of crap they gave me and pay that this new dealer doesn't duck me either! You suck Bell Honda!!!! More

I'm still having issues so I take I see it back again (less than 850 mi) and the tires you supposedly balanced 3 weeks ago and sold me 4/23 are completely defective and Bell Honda has no idea how to do a warranty??? If you don't know how to warranty the tires you sell, don't sell them! More
I gave the car on Saturday, they promised to get it fixed by Monday noon. On monday they called on the time and said wrong part was ordered and needs one more day. Had to make all sort of alternate arrangements for the kids pickup from school. Next day around the promised time, I had to call like 3 times just to connect to the service advisor Brandon, and finally he asked to come an hour late. After reaching there, had to wait another hour to get it done. Again, alternate arrangement to pick kids as they are not delivering on time. What a hassle. I am ok with them taking time, but just give the car on time promised so that I can make plans or make arrangements early and not have to depend on last minute help from people. More

I did not purchase my new Honda through Bell But their service team is great. Tanner Moya is my new advisor and he showed me a lot about my new car, as it had an electrical issue with console screen. service team is great. Tanner was unbelievably helpful. He took care of filing a claim and that saved me a ton of money. He was responsive and kept me updated throughout the day regarding my car. I just wish the problem was fixed the first visit (in total I think I had 4 visits to the dealership before my car was fixed). The multiple visits to the dealership was incredibly frustrating and ended up in me spending money on Uber just in order to get to work. More
