I gave the car on Saturday, they promised to get it fixed by Monday noon. On monday they called on the time and said wrong part was ordered and needs one more day. Had to make all sort of alternate arrangeme by Monday noon. On monday they called on the time and said wrong part was ordered and needs one more day. Next day around the promised time, I had to call like 3 times just to connect to the service advisor Brandon, and finally he asked to come an hour late. After reaching there, had to wait another hour to get it done. Again, alternate arrangement to pick kids as they are not delivering on time. What a hassle. I am ok with them taking time, but just give the car on time promised so that I can make plans or make arrangements early and not have to depend on last minute help from people. More
