The service advisor was unprofessional and immature. I requested approximately $1,000 in service for my 2018 Honda CRV. I waited for 6 hours while service was completed and the advisor knew that I neede I requested approximately $1,000 in service for my 2018 Honda CRV. At Approximately 200pm, I checked with the advisor and I was told that the work was complete and there would be recommended service items. I asked the advisor to speak to me when the recommended items were provided. I sat approximately 20 feet from the advisor, within view of her. At approximately 230pm, I received a text message outlining multiple recommended service items. I had to leave and pick up my daughter from school by that time. The advisor never came to speak with me about the service items as I watched her laugh and socialize with a coworker and I waited. I was left to navigate the approval of my bill and review multiple recommended service items on my phone. I had to talk to the advisor about all of the recommended service, knowing that I had to leave. During the 6 hours that I spent waiting, the advisor never came to speak with me, even though I sat within view of her the whole time. My bill was approximately $970 and included significant service items and the advisor could not take the time to talk to me until I was rushed to leave. It was terrible and I still don't know if the recommended service items were just a ploy to upsell me or if they are valid. The advisor just wanted me to authorize more work after 6 hours and $970+ knowing that I had somewhere else I needed to be. Very immature and unprofessional. More
