I'm not at all happy that my usual service advisor (female) kept me waiting and was still at lunch upon my arrival whilst knowing full well that I had an oil change appointment that day. I ended up ha (female) kept me waiting and was still at lunch upon my arrival whilst knowing full well that I had an oil change appointment that day. I ended up having to deal with someone else entirely (male) who doesn't know me or the vehicle status and that made for an extremely uncomfortable interaction. Why give customers the option of booking with their preferred service advisor when that person is not going to be available upon arrival. It doesn't make logical sense! More
