Customer service is fantastic as long as you are ‘a customer’. We had to return several times, first time because the contract hadn’t been complete. Oil change was good. However, inspection shown that engine oil filter was bad and I received photo of very dirty filter. I decided to replace the filter myself at home. I had a tricky tire light on my CRV and there was never a problem bringing the car in to have it checked out and fixed between oil changes. Most of the time it was a tricky tire light. One time there was a nail in the tire. I was brought a picture of the tire and where the nail was located on the tire. I’m happy to take my vehicle back to Joshua and Bell Honda for service. More
