I took my 2015 CRV touring into get serviced before driving to California and Bill Huddleston was my service advisor he was very kind and professional I took my 2015 CRV touring into get serviced before driving to California and Bill Huddleston was my service advisor he was very kind and professional and had looked up to see if my car was due for anything else and found that it had never had the 4 wheel alignment done. Very poor service I will never again go the Bell Honda to purchase or have service done to my Honda Civic. I made an appointment for a Zaktak application for Saturday, I will never again go the Bell Honda to purchase or have service done to my Honda Civic. I made an appointment for a Zaktak application for Saturday, October 21st. On their service website, the Zaktak application appointments are scheduled in 15 minute increments. I'm thinking about an hour at most to have it completed. I drove 35 minutes to the appointment, which I was right on time. Ms. Hernandez told me it will take 2.5 hours for a Zaktak application because "it's Saturday and we're busy". She did offer a ride. I explained to her the distance to my home. Needless to say, I drove home without having the scheduled service done. More

Courteous and knowledgeable service I have been a customer of Bell Honda’s service department for a few years now. The employees here are always friendly and helpful, but on today’s visi I have been a customer of Bell Honda’s service department for a few years now. The employees here are always friendly and helpful, but on today’s visit my expectations were exceeded. My service adviser, Bill, was knowledgeable on the care of my Honda. He made a point to explain the repair my car needed in terms that I could actually understand. Bill went above and beyond to help me.
