A tire store found it and fixed it for free in 15 minutes. Wanted a dash mat. The parts department didn’t have any and wanted $60 to order one, and laughed, thought is was funny that anyone would want one. Went to another dealer and got one on the spot for $39. They saw nothing funny about it. Got tires rotated. They never reset the TPMS afterwards. I had to pull over after leaving to reset it myself. Not a big deal, but why didn’t the dealer do it? They charged enough for the rotation. I will never use their service dept again. Not for any reason. Would buy from them, but not trust them to work on it. More

I recently bought a very nice used car from them. From the beginning to end, their professionalism, customer care and attitudes were impressive and much appreciated. Buying a car is no easy process and we (the customer) are always afraid of getting strong armed and pressured. Bell Honda is not like that at all. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Chandler. Chandler simply asked how he could help me out that day. I told him here was the deal, "I have a trade-in, I cant put much down, and this is the monthly payment I can afford." He said no problem and took me right to the car I came into look at. He let me in and let me just look at the car. No fake knowledge, or "Oh you are gonna love this" speech. He asked simple, intuitive questions about my interests in the car and where I felt comfortable with payments. After looking at it for awhile, I asked him whats the next step. He said we'll take a look at your trade in and well take the new one for a test drive. After we came back from the test drive we sat down and talked some numbers. Chandler was a great salesman, meaning he was honest and wanted to make me feel comfortable. With no fault of his own, I simply just could not afford it and was ready to leave. Chandler had his manager Will (William) explained my situation out financially a bit more. We even wrote out my entire budget to make sure I would be alright. After a lot of number crunching and offers for the trade-in, I was happy with what they offered and rang that big bell (which is what you do when you purchase a vehicle). The next step was to see Roy and finalize all the paperwork and financing. What Roy was able to do next with a warranty program and recognizing me being a veteran, was truly remarkable and very much appreciated. Overall, I spent the whole day here (about 8 hours). This included me pondering for over 3 hours to make a decision, but it was an important one. If you are looking for a car, and especially if you are a veteran, go in to Bell Honda and ask to see Chandler and have Will and Roy help you get into the car that you want. Thank you all again! I will recommend others to go to Bell Honda. More

She had the car pulled up when we got there and everyone was very helpful and super friendly. I've bought cars in the past and was ready for All the back and forth but Amanda and everyone at Bell Honda made it easy We came back the next day and had some questions and Amanda wasn't available but her co-worker JJ did a great job helping us out! Next time we are looking for a new car, we will definitely go back to Bell Honda! More

He was super kind and easy going and didn't push me into anything at all. I test drove a CRV and loved it. Decided to go back that weekend to purchase, I went through Costco and Adrian was an assigned rep, so he was able to assist me with the sale. Again, super patient with me through my indecisiveness of color and model, and made the whole experience super easy. More

Camille came out and greeted my brother and I, and we had a very pleasant talk (and I even test drove the car I eventually bought). He made me feel welcome. I expressed to him I needed a little time to get my down payment together and he understood. I ended up coming back to him in August of 2016, and I leased my first car from him. His kindness and customer service and understanding has found a loyal, lifetime customer in me. I will be going back to Camille to BUY my first car soon. :) Seriously, he is the best! More
Service Department Are Lying Shysters I was a loyal Bell Honda customer for 17 years, having purchased 4 new Honda vehicles from them and giving them 100% of my service work. However, I will NEVER do business with them again! STAY AWAY from their service department! Their service reps and service manager routinely lie about un-needed repairs, and I have caught them recently stating that I needed a new battery, which was a lie since I had the battery re-tested by three different auto service departments and it is fine. Then, George, the service manager verbally gave me an "out the door" price for replacing my timing belt, then tried to tack-on a $42 "environmental fee" when I picked-up the vehicle. After checking with three other Phoenix Honda dealers, they stated that no environmental fee should ever be added for a timing-belt replacement! Again, another lie! Finally, when I called George to express my feelings about him lying to me, he talked over me, and would not allow me to express myself. When I escalated the conversation to express my disgust with his unprofessional and condescending attitude, he HUNG UP ON ME! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More
This place and its sales people are the most untrustworthy I ’ve ever met in my life. They lie about the condition of they’re vehicles and pretty much attempt to force you to buy a car from them. They sold me a car with a broken A/C and promised to have it fixed for me within two hours but it’s been a 17 days now and still haven’t seen anything from them. Every time a try to get a hold of the salesman or Sales manager to speak with the about they’re broken A/C system they make every attempt to avoid me or have me wait hours then never show up. I promise to drag these people to court to pay for their fraudulent business and I would advise anyone thinking of buying a vehicle to go elsewhere and completely avoid these scammers. They need to be shutdown by the government and held accountable for their crimes of scamming innocent people. They are still holding on to my car to supposedly fix the A/C till this day and won’t tell me i s whereabouts. I am truly heartbroken. More

When we came in for the appt to meet with her, the Civic EX we had talked about was pulled up and ready to go. Amanda took her time to go over all the features and made sure that my daughter understood all the tchnology in the car and that I knew of all the safety features. It was a great experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call, through the finance dept to delivery, Amanda and the Bell Honda team did a great job! More
