The last this purchase and our prior purchase was with Conor, he is a true asset to your organization. He always has our paperwork ready to go! Happy to see that he is moving up the ladder in the organization, his sales associate Matt Heart was a great help as well. No matter when we come to the dealership Conor always make sure hes available for me, it took 3 visits to finalize this purchase and he was patient and understanding the entire time. We had Austin for our paperwork he was very good at explaining the all of our paperwork and showing us what we had on our last vehicle and made things very simple! More

When we purchased our new Honda, th DISHONESTY and DECEPTION. This dealership has been one bad experience after another, and VERY UNRECOMMENDED! When we purchased our new Honda, they snuck an alarm system by us, stating that "we have to have these installed since our cars are vandalized at night". It would be advised to check your invoice when purchasing a vehicle here, because it was a $900 add-on for a low grade system. Also we were told that we had to purchase a service contract, or have to pay $150 every 6 months to "have the computer reset", and if we didn't, "the car would not run anymore". 6 months later, the vehicle was brought in for its first Zaktek paint treatment (more on this $500 boondoggle later). I told the service advisor to go ahead with the six-month computer upgrade at the same time. His answer was "WHAT??". Two other advisors also looked at me like I was some kind of moron, and that my vehicle did not require this service. At the second visit, our car was held onto for an inordinate period of time, just for the Zaktek treatment and an oil change. Over 5 hours had passed, and my wife had enough. She went to the advisor and asked how much longer it would take for service. The paperwork was lost, and for at least a few minutes no one could update the status. Then they located it, and brought the car out about 1/2 hour later. When we got home, I lifted the hood just to make sure the oil cap was tightened properly, and low and behold, a new battery was installed. NOWHERE ON THE INVOICE was this mentioned. The advisor also did not tell us about any problem, or that the battery was changed out. Upon our most recent visit, I mentioned that there was a problem with the AC / heater blower along with our Zaktek appointment. They checked everything, and at 12:45 PM I had a call from the advisor that they could not find any problems, and they would now start the paint treatment and call me when it was finished. A mere 45 minutes later, our car was "done". OR WAS IT?? When making an appointment, they tell you one of these treatments takes 3 hours. Presumably, the vehicle has to be washed (and dried) to apply the paint protection. When we picked up the car, there was still water dripping from the back hatch, so it was never dried to apply the treatment- in fact, there was still dirt on the back painted bumper. So it appears that the car was merely washed and then handed back to us. 6 of these treatments is a $500 add-on, so at over $80 each, this is not chump change. After I got home and determined that in fact the paint treatment we paid for was not performed as stated on the invoice, I also saw an advisory that my "air cleaner element was dirty", and it needed to be replaced. WRONG. Just put a brand new one in two weeks ago. By this time, I was extremely upset!! About 5 minutes later, I get a call from a Bell Honda representative. I was asked what service I had, and I said "Zaktek, well at least that's what it said on the invoice". The response was "Oh, did they reschedule your appointment, because the Zaktek machine was broken". No one mentioned this fact when I picked up the car. It is obvious that since the warranty inspection took up too much time, and Bell Honda could not perform any paying work, that they had to make money by not performing a service that I paid for in advance. And the Bell rep was merely calling me to see if I wanted to sell my car, not really to check on the service (or lack thereof). Another thing one can expect from this dealership is A LOT of sales calls wanting you to come by and trade your car in, even as soon as one year after your purchase. This person checked with the advisor, and he swears that the treatment was performed. Which, of course, it wasn't. MEMO TO BELL HONDA: ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE not STUPID!! I will go to another dealer for service for now on. Am happy with our car, but this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. BY FAR More
Bell Honda above and beyond My wife and I had recently been looking around for a new Honda Pilot for our family. We arrived at Bell Honda and were greeted by a nice salesman name My wife and I had recently been looking around for a new Honda Pilot for our family. We arrived at Bell Honda and were greeted by a nice salesman named Josh Dale. He was very personalable and friendly, as Josh asked us questions and took time to figure out exactly what we wanted. We knew we were at the right place! He then said he was going to go find the car, and pull it up for us. As soon as he left his manager Conor came over and introduced himself to us, offered us something to drink. After talking with him Josh had the car ready for us, he was very knowledge with the Pilot and showed us features we didn’t know the car had! We ended up getting an awesome deal. While we were waiting for finance josh sat with us and talked to us. We’ve purchased many cars in our life time but have never experienced this! Our finance person was Jake he is a very well spoken and knowledge man. All in all, in our 40 years of vehicle purchases this has to have been the best thanks to Josh, Conor and Jake! More

He was very knowledge with the vehicle and helping my husband and I find the right one for us. We also met his manager Conor he was very friendly and helpful as well. This was the best buying experience we every had in our 25 years of car buying, we will only buy from Bell Honda! More

The sales rep says that is because they have not changed them yet? and that they will do it before selling the vehicle, when then went in to talk about price and it was the normal used car dealership talk, the sale rep just tried double talking us and saying there was no rebates at all on the 2019 FIT, that the sticker price was the only price available, We said ok, then we will check another dealership and then the manager said they have the only FIT in phoenix, really expected us to believe that? I 5 minute search proved other wise, finally the manger said wait and he will call the director of Honda to see what deal he could give us, we then waited 20 minutes before leaving. of course they chased us down the parking lot saying just give them more time, PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND SKIP THIS PLACE, WASTE OF TIME More
More than expected The service Manager Joshua promised us fast and complete service. We live 2 hours west of Bell. The car went in at9am and was ready before 1pm.
