I’m not satisfied at all I have been lied to & taken advantage of when I first got to the dealership I was brought in by a salesman I scheduled an appointment with him when I got there he was not there advantage of when I first got to the dealership I was brought in by a salesman I scheduled an appointment with him when I got there he was not there because he quit so now I’m speaking with someone new already when I’ve already been talking to someone that’s the first issue I have & then the offer is just horrible so I leave a few days later I get a call saying we have met your terms Mr Gethers we would like you to come in so I schedule to come in another day & the guy that I spoke with over the phone he was not there I was told because he was fired. The sales manager Waileed tell me with 1000$ down we can get you at 675$ I live 45 mins away so I make the drive I get there the sales manager tell me something different we cannot do 675 I have you at 700 with 1000$ down I will push your payments back 90 days & you have the money coming from your gap you will get that back in about a week or so. I was putting 1000$ down with the impression of my payments dropping from the 700$ that did not happen when I go to finance the financier tells me my payments isn’t pushed back 90 days it’s 60 so there’s another lie & then he tells me that I cannot get gap anywhere else I have to get it through you guys or I cannot get it at all which was another lie & then my payments was not 700 it went to 706. I go back to the dealership to talk to waileed about my gap because I still haven’t received a check in the mail like he said & then he said it went to my car but he told me I was receiving a check in the mail so there’s another lie & instead of getting frustrated with him I ask to speak with the general manager he told me there’s no one else I could speak with he’s the one to talk to which was another lie this was beyond a terrible deal the worst service I have ever got from any company of doing business I would like my gap that was promised to me that’s the only reason I was willing to put 1000$ down because I was receiving money back & that did not happen. I am beyond livid disappointed is an understatement & before I speak with anyone else I would like to speak with the general manager & I was told that was Hud Romero I sent a email to him I never heard back from anyone worst dealership ever stay away More

The last time I was there, they did have my car for longer than I thought and I had to make a couple of calls to them versus having them kee service.
