I recently ordered a 2022 CR-V Hybrid and was told it should be coming in the next week along with several others in a 4 day period. On the last day, I called and asked if it had arrived. No call back. I called the next day and asked the same question. "Someone will call you back." No call back. Two days later, I called again. " Be patent, some will call you back." Still no call back. I told all of the people who answered, "I am leaving town and would like to have the car before then." How long does it take to pickup the phone and give a person a call to update them? I have a business and know good customer service, but apparently they don't. I will NEVER buy another car from them again, and this was to be our 4th. More
Pros: Easy to set up an appointment Had the tire I needed Cons: I have never seen anyone with any degree of care and competence mangle a wheel like this. You can't mess up an OEM tire I needed Cons: I have never seen anyone with any degree of care and competence mangle a wheel like this. You can't mess up an OEM wheel with modern equipment, unless you're completely incompetent, or you hate your job. Wheel clamps on the tire mount/demount rig didn't have soft jaw covers in place, so they bit into the aluminum wheel on the inboard side. A metallic object, like a screwdriver, was used to pry off the old self-adhesive wheel weights. I couldn't have made the job any easier, unless I did it for them. The wheel was off the vehicle, and it was a simple tire replacement and balance. Based on the quality of the work performed to swap out the tire, the balance job seems seems questionable to me. I'll blame myself for not thoroughly checking the backside of the wheel, as I was more focused on the outboard side. I accepted the work, and signed off on the order. Then I'd blame the service manager, as this was a failure to properly select the appropriate employee for the task, and also to train them. The "mechanic" (I wouldn't use the term "technician" here) had exercised poor judgement, and had an absence of work ethic. Overall, I'd call it amateur hour. As always, your mileage may vary. As for me, Bell Honda won't be an option again. More
