On the other hand I actually take all that back , u guys have been the worst dealership I ever dealt with in my life . I don’t recommend anyone to come shop for a car here unless your trying to deal with scandalous coke head employees. They will screw u over and don’t feel bad about it at all

A canned response isn't the best way to handle a conflict with a customer. You should be embarrassed, especially since I have already contacted the service writer (this is not his fault) via phone and email, and photos were attached to the email for reference. I asked the service writer to have your service manager contact me when I spoke with the service writer, and this is how you respond? Nobody at Bell Honda, not the service writer, or anyone else has owned the problem. No attempt whatsoever to make this right. Just a cut-and-paste "reach out to..." reply to a post on a website. I am more than happy to discuss this with the service manager, or any other person in a managerial position. This is an opportunity for your service department to learn a valuable lesson in processes and procedures, as well as a chance to win back a customer. People read these reviews and interactions. The way Bell Honda chooses to handle this problem will either win them new customers and more business, or cause potential clients to steer clear of your dealership. You have the email I sent, with the photos, as well as my contact information. It is up to you, Bell Honda to make the next move. I wholeheartedly encourage you to do the right thing. I look forward to hearing from you in a timely manner.
