Now I am left with the task of getting my car moved to another dealership to get it worked on. They are Horrible, stay away. I left 4 messages for Walid to calm back.... crickets. I told my service advisor I want to be informed, ahead of time, if I am being charged any fees. I was not informed! I asked for a firm price quote. I was quoted $400. It came to $415.00. I was charged $37.00 time, if I am being charged any fees. I was not informed! I asked for a firm price quote. I was quoted $400. It came to $415.00. I was charged $37.00 in service fees to my debt card that I did not know about. I was told I would be charged an additional $12.00 if it was paid by credit card. I want another service advisor.
