The service on the car was fine but one of the intermediary agent did not communicated in a friendly/professional manner (when the assigned service agent was not there) and the biggest issue was t intermediary agent did not communicated in a friendly/professional manner (when the assigned service agent was not there) and the biggest issue was the dealer don't provide loaner cars if service takes long, this was a big one for me as it was my only car.
