I’m not planning to return, after many years as a service customer. The service advisor was very unclear about the cause of the problem with swinging open the ridgeline tailgate and the timing of a fix. customer. The dealership kept the car for 3 days and the problem was never fixed. The manager said that she would call me - and never did. I had the gate adjusted by my local mechanic for $250 and it works perfectly. More
They didn’t inspire confidence either time I was in. They also didn’t replace/recommend replacing my windshield wipers which were obviously in need of replacement when I used them when it rained a coup They also didn’t replace/recommend replacing my windshield wipers which were obviously in need of replacement when I used them when it rained a couple weeks later. The facility is old and needs a refresh. This is also the first Honda dealership I’ve ever had my car serviced at that didn’t wash it. More

Tanner is the best advisor I have had in a real long time. He is always on top of things and easy to get along with.
