Service Advisor George Haslerig and shop foreman Kevin Crush made my day today. I have been going to Bell Honda service department for over 15 years. I purchased my vehicle at a Tent Sales event where many dealerships were in attendance. The sales person and the service department are fantastic. Where Bell Honda lacks good customer service is in the Fin dealerships were in attendance. The sales person and the service department are fantastic. Where Bell Honda lacks good customer service is in the Finance Department. Jaimie Husgen was my finance manager. He whizzed through the paperwork and made the process uncomfortable. I didn't get the price I was told I would as they had said they could get me the vehicle for about $350 a month with a down payment. I ended up paying $100 more than that a month with the down payment. I later found the vehicle I purchased on line listed by Peoria Ford $1,000 cheaper than what I paid for it at Bell Honda! It gets worse. I got a call from Jamie a week later. He said he didn't get all the paperwork signed and he needed me to sign more. I drove 50 minutes to sign more paperwork. I asked him twice if he was going to give me copies of the paperwork and he stated, "Nothing has changed. It is the same paperwork. I just forgot to have you sign some of it." Well he did not explain the new agreement added a $484 payment 2 weeks earlier than I was originally told and what the first set of paperwork showed. When I called and spoke with Jamie about this problem he did not apologize. He just said that he could cancel the contract with the 3rd party finance company. I asked him to please do that as I did not have the funds available at that time. Two days later, the funds are debited from my account and I am hit with NSF's. I called the 3rd party credit company who stated that the contract had never been cancelled. I called Jamie back and left a message advising of the fees and that the contract had not been cancelled like he said he would take care of. He never returned my call. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch at Bell Honda. More

Thank you so much Elisha in finance and Julio in sales...I walked into Bell Honda at 17:00 and around 23:00 we had a brand new Civic in our garage, took the car home for test drive so my wife can dr sales...I walked into Bell Honda at 17:00 and around 23:00 we had a brand new Civic in our garage, took the car home for test drive so my wife can drive too, it was just like in those WV crazy commercials; We will only work with Elisha when it comes down to paperwork, she's fast and smooth and she nailed everything with a single shot; got all papers done in less then 30 minutes, and they even delivered the car to our house, great effort from Julio...thank you so much!! We purchased a brand new Odyssey and now a brand new CNG Civic from Bell Honda in less than six months, and this is definitely our favorite dealer, we got twice the price we wanted and we're happy with that and of course with the cars; We look forward to make purchase at Bell Honda and ring the bell....thank you! Normally I wouldn't be caught dead at the dealership to have work done on my car. But, fortunately I got George Haslerig as my service guy when I used a Deal Chicken coupon last year. George has been awesome and is the ONLY reason I have returned. He always has a smile on his face and bends over backwards to help me out. I was just in this past week and he gave me a great deal and great service on several issues with my vehicle. And a sparkling clean car when they finished the work! More
WOW - from my very first e-mail exchange with Sam Quina I knew I had found the dealship that I would eventually purchase my vehicle from. As a recent widow, I was purchasing a vehicle my myself. It had bee knew I had found the dealship that I would eventually purchase my vehicle from. As a recent widow, I was purchasing a vehicle my myself. It had been 30 years since I last purchased by myself. My husband had been a car salesman many years ago, so he was the one who did most of the car buying. I now needed a reliable, dependable and safe vehicle that would not cost me an arm and a leg. Sam was WONDERFUL, patient and understanding. Since Bell Honda is about 1 3/4 hours away from my home, alot of work was done by Sam prior to the date that I visited the dealership. The day that I finally made it to Bell Honda was a day that unfortunately Sam was not there. But, Jason Teel took me under his wing and again was WONDERFUL, patient and understanding. We worked for me to get the car I wanted within the price range that I could afford. He stayed an hour after closing to make sure that I was comfortable with everything before my long drive home in the dark. I can't say enough GREAT things about these two saleman. I'm sure that my next car will also be a Honda; will be purchased from Bell Honda; and hopefully will be from Sam and Jason. WOW - GREAT JOB by everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 More

My wife and I went to Bell Honda to start shoping for a new Odyssey. We were greated by Ashley who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the Odyssey. She showed us vans equiped just how we wanted it and had us test drive it. My wife did all the negotiating and to her surprise got it for the exact amount she wanted to pay. We even got some upgrades and extras included for that price. It was a great experience being treated fairly and with respect. Bell Honda didn't just sell a van they also aquired two loyal clients who will come back to buy again and will also have all our maintenance done there too. More
