When we came to this dealer on Sunday 8/31/14, the sales person, Robert Jones, whom I had appointment with was not available. They sent someone else to meet us instead. We waited about 3 hours to find out that the price/quote they sent us contained military discount and recent college graduate discount. They told us there were other options added to the car and They also told us we can't have both the discounts and the .9% 60 months . The price of the car was more than $3000 from the quote they sent us. Why did they send us the price/quote with the discounts that we are not qualified for. A manager, his name is Brandon, I think, came out to explain the price differences and asked us to be flexible??? this guy was very disrespectful. After 3 hours, found out you were scam and was asked to be flexible??? I was very upset and left. I think they do not have an internet sale department at all. I purchased 2 internet sales at Right Honda and I thought this dealer do the same and they were closer to our house. I found that they just want to get you in and ask you to be flexible with their price differences. The only agreement I had with this dealer was the price for our trade in. I went back to the fleet/internet sales department at Right Honda yesterday and got the deal done within 2 hours. More

That's when we were introduced to Roy Freda. Roy was very helpful without being pushy and knowledgeable. He seemed excited to make sure that he showed us all the bells and whistles on the CRV AWD.. The negotiation process was pretty painless. Next, we met Sam Yatim the finance manager. He made the signing process extremely smooth. At the end of 3 hours, we drove our new CRV AWD home and were glad that we had disregarded the unfavorable reviews. We will recommend Bell Honda in the future. I've had such good success with Bell Honda that I called them when my wife wanted a non-Honda product. The General Manager located the exact model and color we wanted and gave me all the info and pricing up front. There were no surprises or games played when doing the contracts, and Ramsey the finance representative was very helpful in choosing the right warranty coverage for my vehicle. Everything was quick, but explained very clearly. I even got to ring their big bell on the showroom floor and everyone clapped for me (my kids got a real kick out of that). More

To top it off I have been receiving phone calls DAILY from sales since having this experience and sending this e-mail. "I leased a 2013 Pilot from you early last year and decided to get the oil change I needed done by your service dept. I set an appointment for 3:45 today, July 18th. I pulled into the service bay a tad bit early and was greeted by someone who addressed me by my name (he obviously knew I was coming). He introduced himself as Omar and told me that his sales manager sent him over to talk to me. He mentioned discussing a buy out or possible trade in, I wasn’t too interested but he also brought up being able to take care of the oil change for me by having his appraiser check the car out and drive it back to the service dept. So I thought, ‘there’s no harm in going in and talking to someone while my car is being serviced’. Well an hour later Omar and I couldn’t come to a complete agreement because I didn’t have proof of income (again, I was coming in for an oil change; why would I have paystubs on me?). He hands me back my keys, I get in my car and no service was performed at all. I drove back to the service dept and was greeted by Anthony who was EXTREMELY courteous and helpful; however, it clicked at that moment how horrible of an experience this was and I asked for my keys back. I come in to service my car and support the dealership that has given me excellent service to just be dragged away and have more than an hour of my time wasted to talk about something I wasn’t interested in to begin with. If the oil change was being performed while I was inside I would’ve been okay with it since I wouldn’t have wasted any time. But for me to sit down and talk to a sales person (which I hate doing even when I actually WANT something) and just have my time wasted is not tolerable. This is the 3rd Honda I’ve owned and will never buy any other brand, but this solidified that I’m never buying, leasing, or servicing at Bell Honda again. When I leased my car last year I made it clear to Dustin (sales) and Ray (sales manager) that I actually enjoy this dealership because your sales people don’t treat me like they do at typical dealerships. This experience has classified you as a typical dealership (actually worse) in my book." More

Car buying can be very stressful buy Oli did a great job at informing us about the car. Best Car salesman I have had the pleasure of working with. If you need to go to Bell Honda I would highly recommend Oli. He will be in charge of his own Van Tuyl dealership in no time. We went on to the often dreaded finance department where many fear of spending hours upon hours and were greeted by Matt. Matt was very professional and explained thoroughly the financing side of the purchase and what we were getting with our money. Did not anticipate buying the bumper to bumper warranty, but Matt sold it very well and explained all the benefits. Look forward to driving this Civic for a very long time and Bell Honda has earned loyal customers. We hope to come back soon and work with you again.
