Turning my frown upside down *Update * When I first did my review, I gave Bell Honda one star. I was very upset and disappointed... However, I wanted to come back and update *Update * When I first did my review, I gave Bell Honda one star. I was very upset and disappointed... However, I wanted to come back and update my rating, as once I talked to Scott, he stepped up and did the right thing. I am so thankful and relieved. I was so worried for my son's safety, and after speaking with Scott, they took care of the matter. It took a bit of work, and speaking to the right person, but in the end, they did right. A huge shout out to Scott, he really seemed to understand and care. Thank you Scott. Because of you, I am a happy mom, with my son in a safe vehicle. Long story short: I purchased a used truck from Bell Honda two weeks ago... I knew buying used, there may be cosmetic issues, but was assured there were no other issues, that the vehicle was mechanically sound.... However, there were a few safety issues. I was assured these would be fixed. Unfortunately, then I went through some heartache and grief trying to get these issues resolved, hence the reason for my original rating, and the deduction of one star. They have now done right by me, and I am so thankful and relieved. I appreciate a business doing the right thing, especially where safety is involved. Thank you so much Scott for being a stand up guy, and for changing my buying experience from a negative to a positive at Bell Honda. I look forward to a happy ending. Ps - Toran in Sales was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Matt in finance was also very helpful and friendly. Anthony and Bryan in the service department were wonderful! Thank you guys! Beau & Q were stupendous! I bought my Mirage at Bell Honda 16 yrs ago. I needed a bulb for front headlight installed . I bought the part and stopped at the service center wit I bought my Mirage at Bell Honda 16 yrs ago. I needed a bulb for front headlight installed . I bought the part and stopped at the service center with no appt. in 20 minutes it was installed at no charge!,, When I asked fee I was told "it's only a lamp" What a huge surprise. Peggy More
