Worst place to buy due to bad sales manager and the sales person I had to work since Michael Coleman was unable to attend us ,very insensitive and they do try to belittle, never comfortable nor a experience person I had to work since Michael Coleman was unable to attend us ,very insensitive and they do try to belittle, never comfortable nor a experience one has to go through for buying a car from them. Finance manager was equally frustrating with his choice of words to lure me for an additional warranty to buy from them, which I had to politely decline. Unbearable! All in all, very difficult for one to feel in place amongst the team I got yesterday. Terrible!!! General manager Walid was an exception, he was keen to make a deal and tried to empathetic. The only reason , the sales did happen was due to Walid and No one else !!! Please make sure to talk to Walid, so he can get you good sales team if they have one. p.s: Michael Coleman is never to be faulted at any point, since I turned a hour earlier , and he is in no way responsible for my experience at Bell Honda yesterday. Bell Honda is definitely out of my recommendation and worst experience!!! If sales is this horrible , am wondering how the service would be - since filling a full tank gas at delivery - the person went to gas station and returned it is done - but he never filled anything ! I had to get it reported and it was done only the second time . Definitely skeptical on the service part !!! Bye!!! More
