This was always my husband's privilege Patience and understanding was the key. Several months later the maintenance light came on and I was excited and apprehensive about my first encounter with the "SERVICE DEPARTMENT". My first contact was with Roy Freda. He was pleasant, offered a selection of appointment times, and said he was available to answer any questions. I needed to change the appointment time which was "No problem". He met me at the door, explained in detail what would be done and explained if anything else should become evident he would discuss with me prior to proceeding, and offered the amenities of the very customer friendly waiting area. My car was finished in less time that expected. Because the vehicle had been thoroughly serviced prior to my purchase I only needed a "minor" check up and service. This was explained in detail. Roy is my "Hero". He made an apprehensive situation very comfortable. Bell Honda on 7th Street & Bell Road in Phoenix has my Magnanimous Service rating. And to Roy, thank you for making this senior citizen a one stop shopper. More
Ryan literally lied and stole money from me! I financed through Honda. Despite asking multiple times if it was mandatory Ryan told me me it was necessary to buy MPP and gap insurances worth $3000 I financed through Honda. Despite asking multiple times if it was mandatory Ryan told me me it was necessary to buy MPP and gap insurances worth $3000 to get financing. He also pretended to get a deal for me where I didn't have to keep it for the whole financing period. A month later I discovered I didn't need that insurance for financing my car at all. Since then this guy has completely avoided me. He also signed me up for biweekly payment plans. I repeatedly asked him if there were any fees associated and he said none. A month later I discover the biweekly payment plan is run by a third party that charged me $500 for enrolment and a fee for every transaction. I am appalled at the fact that they have to depend on lying and stealing to run their business. How can you live with the guilt of such lack of ethics?? Is this what you are going to teach your kids. You should be ashamed! More

Camille was awesome! Camille came out to the lot to greet me and my boyfriend, who is helping me shop for a new car. He was friendly and helpful right away, and even acknowledged that my boyfriend knew a lot about cars, and so he didn't need to talk at all! Truly listened to what I was looking for, set up the test drive and we had fun during the whole experience. He brought us in to talk to the sales manager about possible financing specials, but I had just started shopping, so I wasn't ready to buy yet. I later decided not to go with a Honda, but was so impressed with the professionalism of Camille I wanted to write a review. He should teach a class on proper car salesmanship! The only reason I didn't give the dealership a full 5 stars is bacause they didn't have bottled water. Every dealership we went to that day, did! But I give Camille a 5+ stars! More
