Well lets see. ..I had to ask, after I bought the car and was told thanks for coming in, does the car come with a full gas tank. When I went back to the dealership, Armaan said that he gave me one and I said 'if you had, i wouldnt be here. Then he asked to look in my car. I have purchased 7 or 8 Hondas. All from the same dealership and the same sales man and had never been questioned like that. Then I was asked to fill out a survey and could I give him all 5 's. What kind of survey is that? No area for learning or coaching? Honestly I felt like just a number that needed to be filled. If I were the manager, i would be more focused on the customer experience then I would be on telling everyone that I want 25 cars sold today as I was told. More
