I did not purchase my new Honda through Bell But their service team is great. Tanner Moya is my new advisor and he showed me a lot about my new car, as it had an electrical issue with console screen. service team is great. Ben helped me in the service department and was very disrespectful and rude. I came in with a coupon and he demanded to know why I didn’t come in more often and if I just took back there report to my me disrespectful and rude. I came in with a coupon and he demanded to know why I didn’t come in more often and if I just took back there report to my mechanic! He pulled up picked of my car from over a year ago making recommendations before my car left the parking lot! Luckily I told his manger about his unprofessional behavior who apologized profusely. Not a way to earn business! So not send me a coupon if you do not expect me to redeem it. More
