Average service from the technicians. Joshua Handmeier though has been awesome. Other service adviser (not Joshua) always try to upsell service that I do not need. I’ve had a prior experience 2 years back wherein I requested to have a wheel alignment and when it’s time to pay and get my car, they charged me for the wheel alignment service and the service advisor at that time (forgot his name) told me they did it, but when I requested for the printed report they couldn’t provide one only to find out and the service advisor at that time admitted to me that their tech forgot to do it. Had I not asked for a report I could have went home paying for a service that I did not get and worse is the car is still not aligned and can potentially have more damage in the future. This shows that they don’t have integrity and can’t be completely trusted. More
