Ben helped me in the service department and was very disrespectful and rude. I came in with a coupon and he demanded to know why I didn’t come in more often and if I just took back there report to my me disrespectful and rude. I came in with a coupon and he demanded to know why I didn’t come in more often and if I just took back there report to my mechanic! He pulled up picked of my car from over a year ago making recommendations before my car left the parking lot! Luckily I told his manger about his unprofessional behavior who apologized profusely. Not a way to earn business! So not send me a coupon if you do not expect me to redeem it. More
