I went into bell honda to look at a used toyota that they had listed on their website. Right away Ryan Finkle was there to assist me. However he did show me some while we wait. He kindly explained all the benifits of buying a certified pre owned. I found a car that I absolutly loved but still didnt think I couldnt affordit. Ryan explained many different options that was available to me and turned my mind around and I got the car that I absoluly LOVE! I believe if Ryan wasnt so presistant in such a personable way As well as knowledgable of what Bell honda has to offer , I would have never had the chance to be driving my dream car. More
We traveled from Tucson to the Bell Honda dealership in Phoenix because of the selection and low prices that Bell Honda advertised on their website. When we arrived we were introduced to Nick Alexander. Even though he was covering for another salesman that we had an appointment with and could not be there, he quickly adapted to the situation and was very helpful. Nick was very patient while he took my wife and I through numerous lots on Bell Honda's expansive dealership grounds until my wife found exactly the car that she wanted. He helped us clear up some confusion that occurred over the price that we had negotiated with the other salesman and personally guided us through each aspect of purchasing our vehicle. Nick could not have been more accommodating. He has also arranged for us to have the windows tinted by the dealership in a few days and to provide a loaner car for the day, while we are in town taking care of other business. My experience with Nick Alexander and the other staff at Bell Honda was terrific and I would highly recommend them. More

Well, that all changed as I pulled into Bell Honda five weeks ago to shop for a new Civic. I was fortunate to come in contact with Ryan Miller who would be my Sales Representative. He answered all my questions about the Civic in a clear and understandable manner, especially on many of the new hi-tech features that were added to the 2013 model. He treated me with respect the whole time and didn't make me feel any pressure towards buying. He helped me find a vehicle with the features that fit for me and that fit my budget. I will definitely return to this dealer in the future to by another vehicle. I recommned this dealership and Ryan to anyone looking to get a great vehicle at a fair price. More

Out of 3 dealerships that I visited Stephanie was the first dealer I dealt with that actually took the time to explain all the cool features and nuances of 3 dealerships that I visited Stephanie was the first dealer I dealt with that actually took the time to explain all the cool features and nuances of a new honda. I really appreciated that. Everybody worked hard in getting me a deal I could afford considering my credit situation. As a result, I was able to take home a brand new honda civic. Stephanie was nice enough to drive all the way to the west valley after 9 pm to drop off my new car. I recommend bell honda to anybody. Look for Stephanie or Dave. Thanks a lot guys! More
I was attempting to replace a worn-out door lock cylinder on a 2003 Civic LX, and Kevin and Debbie took time out of their busy days on three separate occasions to answer my technical questions, even though I on a 2003 Civic LX, and Kevin and Debbie took time out of their busy days on three separate occasions to answer my technical questions, even though I had no appointment. Phil in the Service Dept. came in on his day off to help re-key the new lock cylinder and install it in the driver's door. I consider this service to be "above and beyond" on the part of all three individuals. More
Steve works extremely efficiently. Whenever there is an issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. On my last visit, 2/13/14, I came in to have my ba issue w/my vehicle, I call him and he makes sure I can get an appointment as quickly as possible. On my last visit, 2/13/14, I came in to have my battery replaced. Steve made sure that a technician had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. That is certainly one of the main reasons why I keep coming back for service over and over again. I highly recommend Steve Emery as a top Service Writer. More

I stopped by Bell Honda with the intent to only peruse their used car inventory. After sitting down and discussing my options, I realized that walking out with a new car was going to be a lot easier than their used car inventory. After sitting down and discussing my options, I realized that walking out with a new car was going to be a lot easier than I had expected. I test drove a Honda Fit and found it to be perfect for what I need. I gave them my offer and was pleasantly surprised when they were able to match it, no questions asked. I was at the dealership for 4 hours and the whole time I felt like I was being taken care of. The staff at Bell Honda are willing and able to answer any questions you may have. As a first time buyer, I was very skeptical going in, but I am extremely pleased with my new purchase. I highly recommend Bell Honda! More
