So I came in wiry my bro wiry the intention of purchasing a blur Pathfinder SL Premium package. We met with Carlie (not sure if I spelled that right or not). Carlie did a good job explaining everything and she accompanied that with some short but very informative videos. We closed the deal with George by signing the table. That was different but cool. Started my car buying process with Devin Koch, communication (most via text prior to visit) was prompt and thorough. First visit my husband and I met with Devin in person for a test drive. He was very kind and understanding when we wanted to wait on another vehicle that was out being serviced/detailed at that time. We waited a couple days for the vehicle to arrive, but Devin let us know about the cars status throughout this time. Devin was out the day the car arrived so I met with Sherri Greene. She continued the car purchasing process flawlessly. Sherri was genuine, kind and knowledgeable. Next, I met with George to carry out the financing portion. George was also a kind, knowledgeable young man. Also, I left a CD behind in our trade in and Jonathan contacted me promptly to let me know. I purchased a 2016 Nissan. Since then had several visits for repairs and oil changes. I have been trying to reach the owner for weeks now no one has returned my call.
