I was looking for an Altima for a long time and just not pulling the trigger. I saw on MSN.com that Nissan had lowered the prices on some models . They were helpful without being pushy, the financing department was more than fair, we got a great rate on our loan, and I couldn't be happier. More
John Beal was incredibly helpful in getting my a new Versa. Being a young female, I was expecting to have salesmen trying to take advantage of that. I really want to thank John Beal for the great overall experience. I went in with my guard up being a single woman. I've had bad experiences with dealerships in the past. When we got to Bedford Nissan, we gave our budget, requirements, and opinions to Dan Horvath. Dan provided us with exceptional knowledge and kindness as we walked around the lot. He took our needs into consideration and showed us exactly what we were looking for without any pressure or push to spend outside our budget. He was very upfront during the negotiation process and in the end we left with the perfect car for our needs. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking for car in Bedford. More
Stay away! Dishonest and they will waste your time. Quoted me an out the door price in writing through e-mail. I then went in to order thinking I saved a bunch of hassle and time and they didn't honor the e-mail price I worked out with their sales man. They wanted an additional $1800!! They lied and said they applied a rebate on the price that didn't apply to the particular model of car I was ordering. I can see the rebates online at Nissan.com. I don't believe the dealers are not all well aware of the incentives on their products. Then they have the nerve to try and up-sell to the model with the rebate.Way to many other Nissan dealers out there be sure to skip this one More
I bought a new 2011 Nissan Altima a few months ago, which has been a great car by the way. We had a minor miscommunication at first (but who doesn't every now and then). Everything worked out. I had a 2 year lease. The final inspection appointment was missed by the inspector so I took my pristine(!) Sentra to the dealership to drop it off as I was leaving for out of town the next day. I wanted to leave it good hands so they could verify its excellent condition. Several months later I got a bill from the lease company saying I owed $300 for a bent tire and broken windshield. I was shocked. I wrote to the owner of the dealership and was thus informed that they have nothing to do with the inspection company and they couldn't help me. Oh, the owner made a call to the company he says, but they said there was never an appointment. I was furious. I was told by an outsider to pay it to protect my credit and then take it to small claims. It would have been nice if they told me when I dropped it off at the dealship where it was origially leased and handed the keys to the service mgr, that it HAD to be inspected by the inspection company and they could NOT take responsibility for its condition. More
