I've bought three cars there, two from Becker and one now under the new ownership. But at this time I will not buy a fourth. The purchase under the new ownership was not pleasing. The salesman were professional but the guy who does all the paperwork was a mess. The service area is slow, and uncaring. I had my second purchased car serviced there this week and it took twice as long as it used to and the service tech left trash in my car that I had to throw away. They sold my daughter her first car and gave her a sour feeling about the whole situation. It's a shame when new owners take over and the dealership no longer meets the expectations of hardworking customers. More
Took two days to do a diagnostic test and then no followup. Couldn't get return calls after leaving several messages. Have a three week return to have another check. No loaner car. Told dealer didn't have enough inventory. This is covered under the warranty forever program and I feel it is being pushed to the rear. More
Steve took care of my immediate need. The coolant tank was spraying leaking all over. The week or so before the coolant leak was fixed. All I got was voice mail as I called in. I was in traffic downtown as my car was way overheated and yelling at me. Please kuddos to the young salesman. Thank you. In two hours I went home. More

This dealership needs to improve its quality control and customer service. “I recently purchased a brand-new GMC Deniali 3500HD from this dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle had visible dents and scratches that should not have been present on a new car. When I brought this up, the dealership has refused offer any compensation, and their communication was extremely poor. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I expected far better from a dealership that advertises high standards. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. They need to improve their quality control and their willingness to address customer concerns. More
