This dealership needs to improve its quality control and customer service. “I recently purchased a brand-new GMC Deniali 3500HD from this dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle had visible dents and scratches that should not have been present on a new car. When I brought this up, the dealership has refused offer any compensation, and their communication was extremely poor. This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. I expected far better from a dealership that advertises high standards. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience. They need to improve their quality control and their willingness to address customer concerns. More
Some of the best cusromer services and sales that I have experienced with purchasing multiple trucks over the years. GMC of Riverfront Park has our business for the foreseeable future. Other dealers did not experienced with purchasing multiple trucks over the years. GMC of Riverfront Park has our business for the foreseeable future.
