Great Service Dept. I went into Beck Nissan 05/05/16 with my new Nissan Rogue just to make sure every was working correctly. I purchased my Rogue from them the beginning of Feb. 2016 and I love my car. Like I said I just wanted to have it checked to be sure that everything was in proper working condition. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Austin Reiter was the young gentleman who took care of everything and went over the things on the instrument panel to remind me how things worked and showed me some of which I did not figure out. I would definately recommend Beck's dealerships of Palatka , Florida to my friends and family and anyone who askes for a recommendation More

Excellent service above and beyond I went into Beck's because they were close to my home. I had bought my Nissan Versa from a different Nissan dealer in St Augustine. The Versa has an i I went into Beck's because they were close to my home. I had bought my Nissan Versa from a different Nissan dealer in St Augustine. The Versa has an issue with the heat shield over the catalytic converter coming loose and rattling very loudly. I had it replaced twice by the dealer I bought the car from and each time I had to take it in, then wait for the part to be ordered, and then take the car back in. Also I had to pay for the repairs. So I was ready for the same experience from Beck. I went in early in the morning expecting to have to wait and fully expecting having to wait for them to order the part. There was one other man in the service department getting his oil changed. At the same time his car was done they came in to talk to me about my car. To my surprise they had actually fixed the problem, and even more surprising they did not charge me a thing. This type of service is rare in today's world. They have won me over and I will buy my next car from Beck's. More

Awesome!! Ed Osborn made my buying a new car a very pleasant. I had wrecked my Jeep Liberty trying not to hit a dog. The dog survived but the jeep did not!! It just all seems to be more of a pain if anything. I did look at the Nissan Rogue and ended up with one. I wanted a specific ext color and int color. When he found out that we did not have it here in Palatka, he sent some guys to South Carolina for it! I thought that was pretty great. It had a few hundred miles on it but it was the I wanted I kinda wish u would have gone with all the fufu you can get but opted not to. Not sure why. ?? I had spoken with Anita Spears late last year bu Finally decided last week to upgrade my older Nissan Altima and I am so glad I went to Beck Nissan. I had spoken with Anita Spears late last year but was undecided about purchasing a new vehicle. She kept me updated every time they got different cars in or had a good deal on something she thought I would like. She contacted me last week about two different cars and met with me last Thursday so I could see them. I left with a brand new, beautiful Sentra and I love it!!! Anita was wonderful and made the entire process stress free and fun. I had already used their service department and have always had the best experiences there.
