That seems like a courtesy and I feel like it should have been automatic along with the car wash. She even asked me if.I wanted a car wash voucher. Yes I did not get good service at Beck nissian not through any fault of Trevor Houser. A young lady named Ashley did not put my oil change to be done for my appointment. I mentioned I wanted my serv through any fault of Trevor Houser. A young lady named Ashley did not put my oil change to be done for my appointment. I mentioned I wanted my service light checked along with the oil change. I got there at 9:15 and three to four people came after me and were waited on. I did not get to leave till 11:45 do not understand the service will not be back but losing a customer means nothing anymore. More
