My 17 year old daughter, who I bought this particular vehicle for, thinks he is the greatest! He even brought her trade-in into the shop where it was nice and warm on a cold wintery day and helped her remove her seat covers, get all of her personal belongings out of it and carried them to her new car for her. I purchased a used 2004 Chevy Avalanche Hello. I just wanted to write a quick email to let you know what an asset you have in Ross Anderson. I purchased a used 2004 Chevy Avalanche from Becks back in 2006. I still have the truck and really do like it, even though I have not always had the best luck with it. The truck had existing warranty when I bought it, so I would always take it to Becks when I had issues. Once the warranty ran out (and still to this day), I continued to take my vehicle to Becks to get serviced. The main reason I continue to come back is due to the excellent service I always receive from your service department, particularly from Ross. Ross always takes the time to really listen to my issue(s) when I bring the truck in. He always takes the time to call me and explain the problem once it has been diagnosed. He also does a very good job of explaining what the fix is, why it is needed, the consequences of not fixing it, how much the repairs will cost, etc. Ross always seem to really understand the problem and solution and does an excellent job of relaying that information to me. I really respect Ross's opinions and I typically ask him, "What would you do if it were your vehicle?" He always seems to be a straight shooter and tells me how it is and what he would do if it were his vehicle. He always takes the time or makes the time to really listen and make me feel like my concerns and issues with the truck are important to him - This is the thing I appreciate the most about him. This really makes me feel like more than just a customer. I should also note that I always feel I receive excellent service when I take my truck in regardless of the service advisor I receive. My wife and I were having issues with her Colorado awhile back and Ward was the service advisor - we received excellent service from him as well. It just seems I usually deal with Ross and have started requesting him. More

After my second payment all kinds of problems happened with it. To many to list. Well needless to say I was upset. The repair service person Mike broke the bad news to me he understood that I was upset and did not take anything personal when the occasional cuss word came out, (not the most lady like I know). I did try very hard not to take it out on him because it wasn't his fault. I spoke with Jessica about a week later after I had calmed down and she said she would call me back after I explained what was going on. A few hours later I got a call from Bryan the sales person that sold me the vehicle and said they where figuring things out. Bryan called me the next day and asked if I could come in. When I came in Bryan explained to me that they where going to buy the escape back from the bank and where going to do all the necessary fixes that needed to be done and they where going to try to get me into a different vehicle. Bryan remembered what I wanted (SUV) and tried. He let me test drive a 2013 equinox. When Jessica tried to be me financed for the equinox it didn't go through, But Bryan came back to me and explained that I could not get into that SUV he did have a guaranteed financing on a little car (a Chevy Sonic). I stopped him in the middle of his pitch and asked "is it a sure thing" he said "yes" I said "ok lets go for a test drive" When we got back to the dealer ship the car was whispering to me. (yes the car talks to me) Well she came home with me (her name is "Lula", what can I say its a girlly car!!!!) Even though its not my SUV, I couldn't be happier with my little "Lula". The people at Beck Motors are all upstanding and honest. Bryan didn't try to give me the run a round and told it like it was. if he didn't know something about a vehicle he didn't pretend that he did. He went and found out. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan for a recommendation for anyone that was looking for a vehicle or even Mike for servicing your vehicle. More
We purchased a used car from Becks and within 4 days the vehicle was not working. I called Gerry Sayler right away and he went to work right away to see what they could do to make it right for us. After towing the car and checking it out, they found that repair was not the most feasible so worked out other options. Even though they did not have to do anything since we bought the car as is without warranty, the did everything they could. In the end we are getting a different car as a replacement and the staff have gone above and beyond to work with us through the entire ordeal. Even when Gerry was not available, Bryan Beck stepped in to help out. Ted Parsons and Steve Beck were involved as well. This was not a major money making purchase for the dealership but that didn't matter....customer service was superb. We will definitely continue to shop with Becks for future purchases. Thank you to all at Becks that was involved! Definitely above and beyond! More
The experience I had at Beck Motors was outstanding. When you walk in the doors everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even though I was assigned to one salesperson, who has helped me with my purchases for the past 20 plus years, everyone got involved in the process by answering questions along the way. All were very att helped me with my purchases for the past 20 plus years, everyone got involved in the process by answering questions along the way. All were very attentive and courteous and I was given VIP treatment from start to finish. Coffee and refreshments were offered throughout the process and the promise of follow up in the next few months to come is a welcome gesture. Coming to my home to program the garage door opener was an extra bonus. I was extremely pleased. More
