My experience with Beck Motors in Pierre was very good. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to work with. My shocks went out on my truck and the warranty was expired. Lavonn got GM to split the costs of the repair. Also while that repair was being done, more repairs were needed and performed the work. The staff was excellent to work with and provided great service. I will take my vehicle back there again for service. More

I was hauling a customers machine back to Rapid City & my truck broke down south of Pierre at 3:00 in the afternoon. I was able to limp it into Pierre & the service dept at Beck Motors bent over backwar & my truck broke down south of Pierre at 3:00 in the afternoon. I was able to limp it into Pierre & the service dept at Beck Motors bent over backwards to get me fixed up. They we very busy with other vehicles but took the time to identify the problem & had me back on the road by 11:00 the next day not to mention they provided me transportation to the hotel. Mike Schmidt along with everyone else went out of their way to take care of me, can't beat the customer service & price for the repairs. Thank you very much!
