We were very fotunate, I think, to have Benjamin Scholes as our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted (GMC Terrain). We also felt we obtained a good trade-in price for our 2004 Buick LeSabre which was an excellent car but we wanted to have a newer car to drive. You have a very exceptional employee that showed excellent salesmanship, courtesy, and friendliness but was not the stereotype "car salesman" of over selling and pushing us to accept whatever terms he provided.
