Ordered the wrong part so had to come back a second day. Ordered the wrong part so had to come back a second day. I asked the first day to air up all 4 tires. Didn’t do it. Asked again on the second. Told they did it but since the battery cable change knocked out my sensors initially I had to drive awhile til they reset finally got a readout. Didn’t do them again. Tech told rep they were done. All he did was leave 2 of the caps off. Not the kind of service I get from my dealer where I bought it from in Indiana. Guess being big means it’s ok to skip the small things. Did it myself. Took 5 mins. More

Really good at selling the car, and awful follow through and service. We had the truck for 36 hours before the engine failed. They can’t figure it out yet and have to have an engine specialist check the car and service. We had the truck for 36 hours before the engine failed.
