I recommend this dealership for a vehicle purchase. They sold me a 2020 GMC Sierra at a good price. Unfortunately, I bought an extended warranty from them ( warranty through Allstate). After 4 months, I cha sold me a 2020 GMC Sierra at a good price. Unfortunately, I bought an extended warranty from them ( warranty through Allstate). After 4 months, I changed my mind on warranty and requested a refund as per the sales agreement. It would be prorated and I would be charged $50 cancellation fee. No problem. However, After I sent in the cancellation request almost a month ago ( all require items submitted) I still have had no refund processed. I contacted them by email several times and left a voice mail for the person who actually processes the refunds. Still no action and NO reply from the dealership. Purchase was good, rest is crappy. Don't buy an extended warranty and expect a prompt refund should you change your mind. Not sure of the salesman's name, but he isn't the problem. More

First free oil change and 2 recalls were found out while there since I purchased my truck in March. Asked about a loaner as I live out of town and was told there were none.
